Week of May 17th - 21st
We are nearing the end of the school year and students will be busy with various things such as catching up on missed work, completing the current work and completing their Summative projects - there is always something to be done at this time of year.

ENG1P: This class is just about finished reading Rumble Fish and will be viewing the video on the movie and writing a journal comparing the two (novel vs. movie). We will shift our focus to the Summative - a Newspaper that will cover the three novels studied in the course while making use of the lessons in Media. As always, silent reading time is given for their individual novel as their book report is due May 26th.
ENG2P: This class is reading A Day No Pigs Would Die and are making connections in themes between the other two novels covered in class. They should be finishing their independant novel as their book report is due on May 26th. After we finish the Pigs... novel we will work towards completing a summative project for the course and preparing for the final examination.
